Happy birthday (ok, a few days late...) to our little Maisie! We double dipped on birthday parties for her, with a big backyard BBQ on Saturday and a family party on Monday night. I guess she's officially a toddler..oh boy!

| While she's not totally on her feet all the time yet, Maisie is working really hard on walking. She practices standing up without any support by standing in the middle of her boppy. Smart girl - if she falls, her head doesn't hit the wood floor. :) If she's successful, then she often goes right into "So big!" just to flaunt her amazing skills. |

| When he's not pushing her over, Quinn really loves his little sister. One morning, I caught them looking out the window together. He was giving her kisses on her head too. |

| On Monday, on her real birthday, we tried the smash cake again. She dipped her hand in that time only to find out the frosting was sticky. She didn't like that too much and tried to hand it off to me. |

| Maisie received a lot of wonderful gifts for her birthday, but I think her favorite was a big, white tiger from Aunt Lisa, Uncle Dave and Ellie. She LOVES this tiger and Quinn was quick to jump on it to show Maisie how to ride. |

| Quinn loves the tiger too and was playing big games with the tiger and his lion in the hallway last night. He'd pull them both by the tail into a room and then leap all over them. |
It was a wonderful celebration for our wonderful baby girl. Many thanks to NanaB, GrandDad, Grandma K, Aunt Sue and Uncle Tom (Uncle Choo-choo) for spending the weekend with us.
