Second Month Check-up

Quinn went to his two-month well visit today at the pediatrician's office, and is doing really well! He showed off all his cool skills - like holding his head steady when sitting up and pulling his head up during tummy time. His doctor was very impressed!

So, here are the stats - he is now 12 lbs 1 oz and 23.5 inches tall - 50th percentile for both.

He also had his first round of immunizations today. I think it was more difficult for me than for him overall, but wow, he was not happy about it. He didn't know what hit him during the first shot, but by the second one, his face had turned bright red and he told us what he thought about these shots! Needless to say, he's getting lots of cuddles from Mom today because he was so brave!

The other thing we learned is that it's okay to start letting Quinn learn how to put himself to sleep at night. Hmmm... This will be an interesting adventure. Stay tuned!
